Clarke tipped to hit scoreboard in 2015 Ashes Fourth Test

August 5, 2015

cricket-clarkeThe 4th Test of the 2015 Ashes Series between England and  Australia gets under way on Wednesday 6th August at Trent Bridge, in the UK, and punters are tipping Michael Clarke to end his run drought.

The Australian captain is the second best backed player to score the most runs in Australia’s first innings of the fourth Ashes Test.

Clarke has been extremely popular at $6.00 and only Steve Smith $3.75 has attracted more interest.

Clarke is priced at $2.75 to reach fifty in his first innings, or $8.00 to get a much needed century.

He’s also a $9.00 chance of scoring the most runs in the game.

The money is running three to one in favour of the Australians to square the series and they’ve been backed in to $2.05 favouritism after opening at $2.25.

“Forget the form guide, punters reckon Clarke is well and truly due for a big score and they’ve backed him accordingly,” said’s Christian Jantzen.
