The 2010 A-League Grand Final is set to showcase the two major clubs in the competition and the two best teams this season, in Melbourne Victory and Sydney FC.
Passionate football fans from both teams will fill Etihad Stadium to the rafters on Saturday night and create a cauldron of excitement in anticipation of what should be a most memorable A-League Grand Final.
Melbourne Victory boast a legitimate match-winner in Archie Thompson and the big stage is where he excels, add Kevin Muscat down back and the emergence of Robbie Kruse as a goal scorer up front, and the Melbourne side will take a ton of beating.

At first glance, Sydney look very much over the odds, particularly as they scored 5 goals against the Victory in three games during the regular season, whilst conceding none. If you fancy Sydney then you are getting great value on the overall form against the Victory this season,.
When it matter most though, in the finals, Melbourne were able to put 2 goals past Sydney in both finals matches, and that Grand Final experience will come to the fore again on Saturday night.
Who will win the 2010 A-League Grand Final?
Melbourne Victory’s experience on the biggest stage and their big name players ability to rise to the occasion should see them win an absorbing battle against their arch rival, in one of the most anticipated Grand Finals ever in the A-League.
